Manish Patel brings over two decades of experience across institutional credit, infrastructure finance, structured lending, special situations, and complex capital solutions.
His experience spans the full credit lifecycle — from origination and underwriting to restructuring, recovery, and strategic resolutions — across sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, EPC and real assets.
Prior to founding Hyperion, Manish held leadership roles within institutional banking and stressed-assets functions at State Bank of India, working across large infrastructure and corporate exposures, structured resolutions, and special situations investing.
At Hyperion, he focuses on identifying opportunities arising from complexity, transition, and capital inefficiency, combining institutional discipline with execution-led investing.
